Strong Steel Frame with Easy Height Adjustment

The base uses durable 14-gauge steel with a white powder coat finish. As a result, the system resists wear and corrosion. The 3-1/2 inch square support post adds strength during play.

In addition, a spring-assisted inner post allows smooth height changes. Users can adjust the rim from 6 feet 6 inches to 10 feet. Therefore, the system supports youth players and adult athletes.

Stable Design with Smooth Mobility

The system uses a ballasted base to improve stability during use. For example, patio block ballast fits inside the base. As a result, the unit feels solid on the court.

Moreover, the rear wheels measure 6 inches and roll smoothly. The front swivel casters allow easy steering. Because of this, one person can move the system safely.

Durable Backboard and Breakaway Rim

The system includes a 32 inch x 54 inch acrylic backboard. In addition, the board resists scratches and UV damage. White target lines appear clear during play.

Also, a Titan Plus breakaway rim comes standard. As a result, the rim reduces stress on the backboard. It also helps protect players during aggressive action.

Player Safety and Facility Protection

The front of the base includes thick safety padding. Therefore, players stay protected near the system. The padding uses 1-inch polyurethane foam.

The Pro comes equipped with an official size (42” x 72”) shatter proof glass backboard, our original PRO-MOLD® backboard padding and a positive lock breakaway goal. The base is fully padded on three sides with premium vinyl-covered 4″ thick high-density polyurethane foam on the front and 2″ thick padding on the sides. Meets NCAA, NAIA, NFHS and NBA main court specifications. Boom pad and floor anchoring system are included with the unit. BACKBOARD: Official size 42” x 72” shatter proof rectangular glass backboard with a welded and reinforced steel frame. 1/2” tempered glass with fired in target and border for maximum durability. LED perimeter lights, #2137, are sold separately.

GOAL: Models 3500 and 3500I Master positive lock breakaway goals come standard with these units for the domestic and international markets respectively. Model 3500I Master meets all FIBA standards. Other breakaway goals are optional and available upon request.

PADDING: Durable GARED PRO-MOLD® backboard edge padding comes in a wide variety of colors. Standard color for system padding is royal blue; other standard colors are available at no additional cost. Custom logos for the front and side pads are available at an additional cost.

BALLAST: 1200 lbs (544 kgs) of enclosed ballast concealed in the base of the unit, welded closed.

FOLDING CYCLE (electric actuated): Each unit shall have (7) heavy duty, adjustable tension springs hidden under the base to counterbalance boom weight. Standard springs are provided to lift a 105 lb optional shot clock. Additional lifting springs available for heavier loads. An electric actuator, with remote control and key control, lifts and lowers unit into position. Actuator requires a 115v 1ph 60hz 5amp or 220v 1ph 50 hz 3.5amp outlet. A telescoping locking bar with safety locking pin shall be used to hold the unit in full up and full down position or at 8’ or 9’ goal heights. At the 10’ position, a horizontal locking bar shall be provided for maximum stability. The adjustable leveling bar shall automatically lift the front wheels from the floor as the unit is lifted.

ADJUSTABLE FLOOR PADS: Two floor pads are encased in steel supports for added stability, and are controlled by a screw-type mechanism that raises the unit off the wheels and adjusts the unit to exactly 10’ height.

FLOOR ANCHORING SYSTEM: Floor anchors and locater pins are included as standard. Specify floor type. Weight addition kit is optional to provide anchorless mounting.

FINISH: The unit is powdercoated black. Other colors are available at additional cost.

SHOT CLOCK & CAMERA SUPPORTS: Available at a nominal cost. Specify shot clock type.

TRANSPORT & STORAGE: Folds easily for compact storage with 360 degree non-marking polyurethane casters for easy transport.
